What is hwDcOutputOperStatus?

State of the site DC distribution uint. Coded values: 1=that the site DC distribution uint is in the normal state; 2=that DC voltage is over the upper alarm threshold; 3=that DC voltage is under the lower alarm threshold; 254=DC distribution uint alarm resume; 255=DC distribution uint operation status unknown. An NMS polls hwDcOutputOperStatus to learn current equipment state without needing a separate alarm-table lookup.
