What is hwGlobalIPCarIPTotal?
This read-only gauge reports the total number of global IP addresses currently subject to traffic-limiting (CAR, Committed Access Rate) policy on the device. Admins monitor this to see how many distinct global IPs are actively being rate-limited by the firewall's global IP CAR feature. For example, a value of 25 means 25 global IP addresses currently have inbound or outbound traffic limits applied.
