What is hwRBRPStatePromptSwitchEnable?

This read-create enumerated object, defaulting to disabled, lets a common station move promptly from standby to active state when multiple-site faults occur on the primary ring, rather than following the normal state transition timing. Admins enable this to speed up failover on non-primary ring stations specifically when multiple simultaneous faults are detected. For example, enabling this on a standby station would let it take over active duty faster than the default transition process when the primary ring experiences several faults at once.
