Description: Indicates the index of the upstream port of the monitored group. Its calculation is the same as that of ifIndex. When the value of this leaf is -1, it indicates that no upstream port exists.
What is hwMonitorLinkUpLinkIfIndex?
The ifIndex of the uplink port being watched by this monitor-link group; a value of -1 means the group has no uplink port configured, so its downlinks won't be automatically shut based on uplink status.
