What is hwPppAuthenticatePapUserName?
This holds the username used when authenticating a PPP link with PAP. Admins configure this to match the credential expected by the peer device during PAP's simpler username and password exchange. An admin setting up a PPP link with a peer that only supports PAP would set hwPppAuthenticatePapUserName to the account name that peer expects.
