What is hwMgmdRouterInterfaceQuerier?
This is the address of the IGMP or MLD Querier currently active on the IP subnet attached to this interface (its address family given by the row's hwMgmdRouterInterfaceQuerierType). Admins check this to confirm which router on the LAN is actually acting as the IGMP/MLD querier, especially useful when multiple multicast routers share a segment.
