What is hwMacBindMacAddress?
This value is the MAC address bound to the corresponding IP address in a given MAC-IP binding table entry. Administrators set it when creating a new binding rule so the device can verify that traffic from the bound IP address actually originates from the expected physical device. For example, an admin binding IP 192.168.1.50 would set this to that host's known network interface MAC address.
