Description: Reset dcb pfc frame statistics information.
What is hwDcbPfcResetFlag?
This value resets the PFC frame statistics counters for this interface and queue when set. An admin uses it to zero out hwDcbPfcRxFrames and hwDcbPfcTxFrames for a specific queue, useful for establishing a clean baseline before observing PFC behavior during a specific test window. For example, an admin about to reproduce a suspected congestion issue would set hwDcbPfcResetFlag first, so any PFC frame counts observed afterward reflect only the test period.
