What is hwArpEntryExpireFakeTime?
This read-write value sets, in the given interface's ARP aging policy, the expire time in minutes (1-36000, default 1) applied to ARP entries flagged as fake (unverified). An admin shortens this so suspicious ARP entries get purged quickly, limiting how long a potentially spoofed entry can poison the ARP table.
