What is hwEntVe1PortSignalType?
Selects the E1 (VE1) port's signaling type: ccs (common channel signaling, e.g. ISDN PRI/SS7 using a dedicated timeslot) or cas (channel-associated signaling, using bits within each timeslot), defaulting to ccs. An admin sets this to match how the far-end equipment or carrier delivers call-control signaling on that E1 link.
