What is hwEntFxsPortSendGain?
Sets the transmit (send) gain of an FXS analog voice port as a coded step from 0 (5 dB) down to 22 (-6 dB), with a default of 10 (0 dB). A voice engineer adjusts this to raise or lower the loudness heard by the phone connected to that port, for example lowering it if callers report the line sounds too loud.
