What is hwEntFxoPortSendGain?

Sets the transmit (send) gain of an FXO analog trunk port as a coded step from 0 (13.5 dB) down to 60 (-16.5 dB), defaulting to 27 (0 dB). A voice engineer adjusts this to match the loudness expected by the PSTN or PBX line the FXO port connects to.
