What is hwDhcpv6L2StatisticsClear?
Setting this to clear(1) resets all of the Layer-2 DHCPv6 relay packet counters kept in this same statistics table row (the per-message-type Solicit/Advertise/Request/... counters, both received and sent, plus the various anomaly counters) back to zero. An administrator uses it to start a fresh measurement window, for example before reproducing a suspected DHCPv6 relay problem.
