Description: Dhcp reply packet's dscp value. <0-63> - Valid dscp value <255> - Set dscp value to default.
What is hwDhcpDscp?
This Integer32 object sets the DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point) value stamped on DHCP reply packets, accepting either a value from 0 to 63 or the special value 255 to reset it to the default. Admins use it to control the QoS marking of DHCP traffic, ensuring DHCP replies get appropriate priority handling on congested links. For example, setting this to 46 would mark DHCP replies with the DSCP value used for expedited forwarding.
