What is hwDHCP6RDUID?
This octet-string object configures the DHCPv6 DUID (DHCP Unique Identifier), sized either as a single byte or 8 to 28 bytes. Admins set this to give the DHCPv6 relay or client a specific unique identifier used in DHCPv6 message exchanges, rather than relying on an auto-generated one. For example, an admin might configure a DUID-LL-based value here to give the device a stable identifier when acting as a DHCPv6 client.
