What is hwMusaCescPortClockMode?
This sets the clock source for an E1 port: sys-clk (system clock), rx-clk (recovered from the received signal), reco-clk-acm, or reco-clk-srts (recovered via SRTS). Get this wrong and you'll see slips/frame errors from clock mismatch between the two ends of the circuit.
