This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of an entry in the ping configuration table, indicating whether that row is active, being created, or being destroyed. An admin uses it as the final step after populating a ping test's other columns (target, source, VSI, interval, count) to activate the entry and trigger the test to run. Setting hwCePingRowStatus to active(1) on a fully configured row starts execution of that ping-over-VPLS test.
