What is hwCePingCount?

This value specifies how many echo packets the ping operation transmits, with an allowed range of 1 to 255. Admins raise this count to get a more statistically reliable read on packet loss over a VPLS path, since a single packet can't reveal intermittent drops. Setting hwCePingCount to 50 causes the test to send fifty ping packets before reporting results via hwCePingResultOperStatus.
