What is hwbgpAcctCfgRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle of a BGP accounting configuration row, with the device supporting the active, createAndGo, and destroy RowStatus actions. An admin sets it to createAndGo to activate a new accounting configuration on an interface in one step, or destroy to remove BGP accounting from that interface. Setting hwbgpAcctCfgRowStatus to destroy would stop BGP traffic accounting on that interface and remove the corresponding statistics rows.
