This read-only Unsigned32, in milliseconds (0-8176), is the actual one-way interleaving delay the PMS-TC adds to this bearer channel while in L0 state. Interactive or VoIP traffic riding a channel with a high interleaving delay here is the classic explanation for latency complaints on an otherwise clean-looking ADSL line.
