What is hwAdslnniLineStatusInitResult?
This read-only enumeration reports why the line's last full initialization succeeded or failed -- noFail, configError, configNotFeasible, commFail, noPeerAtu, or otherCause. When a line refuses to sync, this is the first field to check: noPeerAtu means nothing is plugged in on the far end, while configError points back at the line's own profile settings.
