Description: The ATU Transmission System (ATS) in use. It is coded in a bit-map representation with only a single bit set to '1' (the selected coding for the ADSL line). This parameter may be derived from the handshaking procedures defined in Recommendation G.994.1. A set of ADSL2 line transmission modes, with one bit per mode.
What is hwAdslnniLineStatusAtuTransSys?
This read-only bitmap reports the one ADSL2 transmission mode currently in use on the line, with exactly one bit set, as negotiated via G.994.1 handshaking. It's the quick way to confirm which coding standard (e.g. G.992.3/G.992.5 variants) a given line actually settled on after training.
