What is hwAdslnniLineStatusActPsdUs?
This read-only Integer32, in units of 0.1 dB, is the upstream equivalent of hwAdslnniLineStatusActPsdDs -- the average actual upstream transmit PSD over the sub-carriers used for upstream. A value pinned at the out-of-range special code (2147483647) flags that the measurement itself couldn't be taken rather than a genuine power reading.
