It ranges from -310 to 310 units of 0.1 dB (physical values are -31 to 31 dBm). A value of 0x7FFFFFFF (2147483647) indicates the measurement is out of range to be represented.
What is hwAdslnniLineStatusActAtpDs?
This read-only Integer32, in units of 0.1 dB (range -31 to 31 dBm), is the total downstream transmit power the ATU-C is delivering at the U-C reference point at the instant of measurement. It's checked alongside the attenuation and SNR margin fields when diagnosing whether a marginal line's problem is a power-budget issue rather than pure line noise.
