What is hpnicfVxlanRowStatus?
This is the standard RowStatus control used to create, activate, or delete an entry in the hpnicfVxlanTable, bringing a VXLAN into or out of existence on the switch. Per its DESCRIPTION, once a row is active only hpnicfVxlanGroupAddr and hpnicfVxlanSourceAddr can still be changed in place; other fields require deleting and recreating the row. An admin provisioning a new VXLAN 5000 would set this object to createAndGo along with the VSI index and addressing to activate the segment in one operation.
