What is hpnicfVsanDmFabricChangeNotifyEnable?
Enables or disables sending the hpnicfVsanDmFabricChangeNotify trap whenever this switch sends or receives a Build Fabric or Reconfigure Fabric message, defaulting to false. Admins enable this to get proactive alerts about fabric-topology churn instead of discovering it after the fact.
