What is hpnicfVoiceIfCfgTimerFirstDial?

This object sets, in seconds, how long the interface waits before dialing the first digit on FXO and FXS lines and on loop-start or ground-start E1/T1 voice subscriber lines, defaulting to 10 seconds. Admins adjust it to match the dial-tone response time of the connected PBX or PSTN trunk, since dialing too early can drop the first digit. For example, reducing hpnicfVoiceIfCfgTimerFirstDial to 5 seconds speeds up call setup on a trunk known to present dial tone quickly.
