What is hpnicfVoCallHistoryVoiceTxDuration?
The duration, in milliseconds, of actual voice transmitted from the peer to the voice gateway during this call. Dividing this by hpnicfVoCallHistoryTxDuration gives an admin the voice utilization rate for the call, useful for spotting calls that were mostly silence or dead air.
