This standard RowStatus column controls creation, activation, and deletion of a PEX port table entry. An admin sets it to createAndGo to provision a new PEX port in one step, or to destroy to remove an existing entry, with the device rejecting attempts to recreate an already-existing row. Setting this to destroy on a PEX port entry an admin no longer needs removes its associated PEX port configuration from the table.
