What is hpnicfNATStaticEnable?
This read-write INTEGER, indexed by ifIndex, enables (1) or disables (0) static NAT translation on a specific interface. An admin enables this on the WAN-facing interface where the statically-mapped internal hosts' traffic actually egresses, since configuring the mapping alone isn't enough without enabling it per-interface.
