What is hpnicfNATPoolStartIpAddr?
This read-create IpAddress sets the first address in a NAT global address pool's range, and must be less than or equal to hpnicfNATPoolEndIpAddr. An admin configures this when defining a new pool of public IP addresses that inside hosts can be translated to, such as 203.0.113.10 as the start of a small pool.
