What is hpnicfNATOutboundRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus manages the lifecycle of a NAT outbound rule row, supporting only 'destroy' and 'createAndGo'; it becomes 'active' once the ACL number (and pool index, if used) are correctly provided. An admin sets this to createAndGo together with hpnicfNATOutboundAclNo to activate a new outbound translation rule binding an ACL to an address pool.
