What is hpnicfNATOutboundIsNoPat?
This read-create INTEGER controls whether an outbound NAT rule translates addresses only (No-PAT, true(1)) without touching port numbers, or performs full Port Address Translation (false(2), the default). An admin sets this to true(1) when a downstream application requires the original source port to be preserved across the translation.
