This read-create RowStatus manages the lifecycle of a DNS mapping row, supporting only 'destroy' and 'createAndGo'; it becomes 'active' once the domain name and global IP/port (and protocol type, if used) are correctly provided. An admin sets this to createAndGo along with the domain name and global address to activate a new NAT DNS mapping entry.
