What is hpnicfNATDnsMapGlobalIp?
This read-create IpAddress sets the public IP address that a DNS mapping entry (indexed by domain name) should be rewritten to inside DNS responses, so external clients resolving that domain reach the correct translated address. An admin uses this NAT-DNS mapping feature so that a server's domain name still resolves correctly to its public-facing IP for clients outside the NAT boundary.
