What is hpnicfNATBLEnable?
This read-write INTEGER, indexed by NAT board slot number, enables or disables the blacklist feature on that specific board (defaulting to disable(2)); the value 255 in the index means blacklist can't be configured for that board. An admin enables this per-board to turn on connection-based attacker blacklisting on the specific NAT hardware module handling that traffic.
