What is hpnicfNATBLConnectRateEnable?
This read-write INTEGER enables or disables global blacklist control based on connection rate (defaulting to disable(2)). An admin sets this to enable(1) to activate the rate-based blacklisting mechanism governed by hpnicfNATBLConnectHighRate and hpnicfNATBLConnectLowRate.
