What is hpnicfNATBLConnectLowValue?
This read-write INTEGER (20-20000, default 200) sets the global connection-count threshold below which a blacklisted IP address is removed from the NAT blacklist. An admin tunes this alongside hpnicfNATBLConnectHighValue to control how quickly a previously flagged host is allowed back once its connection count drops.
