What is hpnicfNATBLConnectLowRate?
This read-write INTEGER (20-21474836, default 100) sets the global new-connections-per-second threshold below which a blacklisted IP address is removed from the NAT blacklist. An admin tunes this alongside hpnicfNATBLConnectHighRate to control the release condition for a rate-blacklisted host.
