Counts the unicast packets based on the IPv6 protocol transmitted out of this interface, the IPv6 counterpart to the equivalent hpnicfifIPv4OutUcastPkts counter. Admins use these protocol-specific splits to see how much of a port's traffic is IPv6 versus IPv4 and to isolate protocol-specific error or discard problems.
