What is hpnicfIpxIfUpdateChangeOnly?
Controls incremental (change-driven) SAP/RIP updates on this interface: enabled means updates are sent only when routing/service information actually changes rather than on a fixed periodic schedule, reducing broadcast traffic on the segment; disabled (the default) sends periodic updates as usual.
