What is hpnicfIpxIfEncapsuleType?
Selects the Ethernet frame encapsulation used for IPX packets on this interface: dot2(1) for 802.2, dot3(2, the default on Ethernet) for raw 802.3, ethernet-2(3) for Ethernet II, snap(4) for Ethernet-SNAP, or unkown(5) which applies automatically on non-Ethernet port types; the encapsulation must match what other IPX devices on the segment expect or they won't be able to communicate.
