Description: The indication of whether Ip Accounting function is enabled. If it is disabled, ip packets will not be accounted.
What is hpnicfIpaGlobalEnable?
Turns the router's IP Accounting (IPA) feature on or off globally, disabled by default. An admin enables this before configuring per-interface accounting, since no packets are counted at all while it's disabled.
