What is hpnicfFTExtendGroupOffsetMaxValue?
This read-create Integer32 sets the maximum byte offset, measured from the reference point named in hpnicfFTExtendGroupOffsetType, that an extended flow template will match against in a packet. Admins configure it to bound where within a packet the template inspects, together with hpnicfFTExtendGroupLengthMaxValue for the field's length. For example, setting an offset type of l4(4) with this value at 4 would let the template match bytes starting near the beginning of the Layer 4 header.
