What is hpnicfEOCComUniFlowControl?
Whether 802.3x flow control is enabled(true) or disabled(false, the default) on this UNI. An admin enables it when the attached device can honor pause frames and the link is prone to bursty congestion, to reduce drops instead of just discarding excess traffic.
