What is hpnicfEOCComUniAdminStatus?
Opens or closes this UNI port: up(1) means it's open and packets can pass, down(2) means it's closed and all packets are discarded. An admin sets this to down to shut off a single customer Ethernet port without affecting the CNU's other ports or its cable-side registration.
