What is hpnicfEOCComCnuAttenThrB?
The attenuation level below which a CNU's coax link is considered to be in "normal" (as opposed to poor) condition. Together with hpnicfEOCComCnuAttenThrA it defines the thresholds an admin uses to flag CNUs whose measured attenuation, from hpnicfEOCComCnuAttenuation, is degrading.
