What is hpnicfDot11RRMCfgPwrMode?
Chooses how transmit power control (TPC) changes are triggered: selfDecisive lets RRM adjust power automatically, while userTriggered (the default) applies a power change only when the admin explicitly requests it. It only takes effect once dynamic power selection has been enabled.
