What is hpnicfDot11RRMCfgPERThres?
Sets the CRC (packet error) rate threshold, as a percentage (default 20), above which RRM performs a channel or power adjustment. Lowering it makes the AP react to RF-quality problems sooner, at the risk of triggering changes on marginal error bursts.
