What is hpnicfDot11StationWmmCacEnabled?
Enables Call Admission Control for client stations on this access category; it can only be meaningfully set when the AC is acvo or acvi, and enabling CAC on a lower-priority AC (e.g. AC-VI) automatically enables it for higher-priority ones (AC-VO) too. An admin enables this to require clients get AP permission before sending voice or video traffic, protecting real-time capacity from oversubscription.
